Cancellations and Returns

Can I cancel an order?

Of course, but please do so within 24 hours of placing your order.

Can I return an order?

In the (hopefully) unlikely event you are not satisfied with your artwork, you are entitled to return it within 14 days. Please email us at info@thescarlettgallery.com to arrange.
All artworks must be returned in original packaging via a traceable shipping method. Damaged artworks will not be refunded.

All refunds will be processed within 30 days. We cannot be held accountable to changes in exchange rates.

Damaged orders

Accidents happen, but usually rarely. However, if your artwork is damaged during transit, please email us at info@thescarlettgallery.com with details and pictures of the damage.
You will of course receive a replacement if possible, or a full refund.
